Uncensored Intel is the exact opposite.
I built Uncensored Intel for female entrepreneurs who are done wasting time + money. This blog is designed to free up your time + save you money.
The money mindset that gets reinforced in employment is fundamentally passive. You do the work, the company prices it, someone pays the company, you receive a salary. Your relationship to revenue is mediated, buffered, indirect.
As a CEO, money flows through decisions you make directly. Your pricing, your contracts, what you charge, when you invoice, how you negotiate. These are not administrative tasks. They're strategic ones. The entrepreneur who has a clear, unencumbered relationship with money + its movement will out-earn the one who treats pricing as an awkward necessity.
Pricing as positioning, not math
Employees think about compensation as fair exchange for time. CEOs think about pricing as a signal, about the market they're in, the clients they attract, + the value they create. Price sets perception before the client experiences the work.
Employee
"I'm charging what seems fair for the hours this will take."
CEO
"I'm pricing at the level of the outcome I create, not the effort I spend."
Negotiation as a standard business act
Research consistently shows women negotiate less, apologize more in negotiation, + accept first offers at higher rates than their male counterparts. The fix isn't a mindset hack, we've had enough of those, it's reclassifying negotiation from 'confrontation' to 'normal business conversation.'
Employee
"I don't want to seem difficult, this is probably fine."
CEO
"Counter-proposing is professional courtesy, not a demand." [My mantra is NO DISCOUNTS! You can adjust your scope, but don't undervalue yourself with discounts! For example, a prospect expresses concern about your price. Instead of offering a discount, offer group vs 1:1 to lower their investment, offer DIY vs done with/for you, things of this nature.]
Implement today
Look at your pricing. Ask: What would I charge if I had no anxiety about the number? Write it down. That gap between your current price + that number is where your revenue is hiding.
This week
Find one conversation where you accepted a financial term without countering; a rate, a contract clause, a deadline. Draft what you would have said if you'd treated it as a normal business negotiation. Practice it out loud. Use it next time.
"Undercharging doesn't make you generous. It makes you hard to sustain."

Typical questions are around getting more clients, making more money without working 24/7 or exchanging time for money, streamlining processes to save time, content creation, mindset, market research, strategy creation/implementation, sales funnels, marketing, AI, sales conversations + where to find clients. There's no question too challenging that I'm not willing to tackle.
