Coaches Fills Gaps

Most female entrepreneurs treat how to videos, AI learning, and
customized business coaching as competitors to pick between.

How To Videos

How-to videos close a knowledge gap. You don't know the steps.

  • Pros: Cheap, scalable, low-commitment, great for discrete mechanical skills, e.g. how to set up a CRM, how to format an invoice. The creator already did the thinking, packaged it, and you get their best distilled version.

  • Cons: Zero adaptation. The video was made for an "average" viewer who doesn't exist. It can't tell you that your situation is the exception to its own advice. It also can't tell you when you're following the steps and still getting it wrong . You just get a vague sense of "this isn't working" with no diagnosis.

  • Rationale: Videos are excellent when the problem is standardized and the solution is procedural. They're bad when the problem is you-specific which is most real business problems.

AI Learning

AI learning closes an application gap. You know the steps, but need help adapting them to your specific, messy situation in real time.

  • Pros: Infinite patience, instant iteration, can adapt on the fly to your specific numbers, wording, or scenario, available at 2am, no ego in the exchange so you can ask "dumb" questions freely. Genuinely good at pattern-matching your situation against thousands of analogous ones.

  • Cons: No real stakes for either party. It doesn't remember your face at last month's board meeting, doesn't know your blind spots from watching you flinch, and can be gently, confidently wrong in ways you won't catch if you don't already know enough to question it. It also has no skin in your outcome β€” there's no relationship pressure keeping you accountable to actually implement.

  • Rationale: AI is best as a thinking partner for application, not a substitute for judgment about which direction to go in the first place. It's a mirror that talks back, useful, but it can only reflect what you show it.

Customized Coaching
with a Human

Business coaching closes your blind spot gap [we all have them]. You don't know what you don't know, and often the obstacle isn't information at all, it's a pattern within you...a skill only an experienced business coach can uncover. This is why I always have a coach.

  • Pros: A coach sees your blind spots because they're outside your head: patterns you repeat, language you default to, pricing decisions rooted in fear you haven't named, etc. There's relational accountability, a real person expecting a real answer next week, and the feedback loop includes things video and AI structurally can't access: your tone in a room, your hesitation, your history.

  • Cons: Expensive, quality is entirely dependent on the individual coach, and the uncomfortable one...a coach can also become a source of dependency if they're solving problems for you instead of teaching you to see them yourself. Good thing I'm affordable. I empower, never enable.

  • Rationale: Coaching earns its cost when the actual bottleneck is identity or pattern, not inform-ation. No amount of "how to price your offer" videos fixes someone who unconsciously believes they don't deserve to charge for it.

Purpose Matters

Most female entrepreneurs treat how to videos, AI learning, and customized business coaching as competitors to pick between. The sharper move is to sequence them by gap type:

  1. Video for the mechanical floor, e.g. how does this tool/process work

  2. AI for iteration and drafting in your own specific words and numbers

  3. Coaching for the pattern underneath. The thing that keeps recreating the same less than desirable result no matter how many videos you watch or your AI-assisted learning spits out.

A lot of expensive coaching gets wasted on things a video could've solved for $0. And a lot of video-and-AI-only learning quietly caps out because nobody ever named the pattern. Grrrr!🀬 I hate that as much as you do.

I'll never waste your money or your time.

Typical ROIs for 1:1 Coaching Clients

  • average of 5-7 hours a week for 12 weeks investment of time well spent without regret, wonder, or confusion

  • 40% financial ROI in 6-9 months [average $11,000 - $19,000]

  • 13-20 weeks of time saved in 12 months which equals an average of $113,750 - $175,000 a year in time saved

What's the ROI on recreating the same less than desirable result no matter how many videos you watch or your AI-assisted learning spits out?
